An exotic tradition
This fragrance launched in 2009 the most prolific pod in perfumery: Vanilla planifolia. Before producing its fruit full of fragrant seeds, this climbing orchid forms bouquets of flowers that issue from its leaves. Once the pod reaches maturity and dries to take on a darker hue, it finally unleashes its languorous aroma: a hypnotic, sensual, gourmand and subtly woody scent that is intensely feminine. Inspired by the complexity of its captivating trail, perfumer Randa Hammami pays homage to vanilla by capturing its myriad characteristics.
Vanilla in bloom
Here vanilla takes on a modern floral poetic interpretation. Combined with jasmine, rose and violet petals; Orchidée Vanille is tender yet spirited. Its enveloping fragrance draws us towards the almondy sweetness of tonka bean with its syrupy caramel aromas. Hints of wood, freshened by mandarin zest and scented with subtly fruity lychee make it irresistibly exotic. The sophisticated and comforting musky notes of Orchidée Vanille draw all attention to the hollow of the neck.
