An opulent white
A member of the white flower family, Gardenia exudes unparalleled power of attraction. Intoxicating and magnetic, this unruly plant suffuses a unique, immediately recognisable scent. Its perfectly designed petals call to mind an Haute Couture petticoat. Perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer drew on this sensual material to compose a delicate and diaphanous essence.
Sensual petals
Symbolising loyalty and sincerity, perfumery often expresses gardenia in fruity compositions; but Nathalie Feisthauer chose to take a different direction. An uncharted territory tinged with tender green and swept by a comforting breeze – as if she had managed to capture the air skimming over a bouquet. On the skin, the flower is instantly recognisable and a sensation of fresh petals predominates. The gardenia gradually blossoms to envelop the skin in confident, bold and irresistible femininity.

The fruit of long years’ work and an intense collaboration with automaton maker François Junod, the project also owes its existence to the savoir-faire of the numerous craftsmen who have taken part in its creation.
It was this idea that gave rise to the Maison's new chapter in fragrance, the “Collection Extraordinaire”, a Fragrance Collection reminiscent of its finest High Jewellery pieces/works: a High Perfumery Collection.
