Wild-sourced from France, this natural ingredient is the product of the solvent-extraction process of Boletus edulis, commonly known as Porcini mushroom. Remarkably, this Absolute exudes a robust olfactory profile evoking roasted, buttery cocoa against a nuanced hay-like backdrop. Such aromatic complexity is attributed to its elevated levels of isovaleraldehyde, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, and matsutake alcohol, providing Shinanay with an unexpected gourmand depth.
