"Io Non Mani Che mi accarezzino il volto" * celebrates Mario Giacomelli’s photographs project
realized in the sixties: young boys were often forced to study at the Seminary because the
families couldn’t afford the cost of studying so he shows the difficult choice of solitude and
sacrifice. The smell evokes Mario tuscan cigars, than the acid and the inks of the dark room
where he printed his images blended with the sea notes of Senigallia SeaTown where
Giacomelli lived. The grey silvered reminds Mario’s camera, the cap is coated with a double
leather that can be shaped making own perfumed creation. This cap wants to evoke the photographer’s bag and the dance of the seminary students, immortalized in the pictures. *"I
have no hands that caress my face".
Filippo Sorcinelli is a lifestyle brand, the result of contamination between the arts. In 2014, as a tribute to the Atelier LAVS, the first fragrance of the UNUM collection was born, like a sort of olfactory
tailoring, then followed by perfumes dedicated to the artistic passions of their creator: gothic art,
music, photography ... the fog. Filippo Sorcinelli is not only synonymous with niche
fragrances; the company's projects range volcanically in every sector: art, events, fashion,
design, in a concept of lifestyle that embraces different aspects of contemporaneity through
unusual shapes and materials. A journey through spirituality and harmony, in the constant and
audacious search for beauty.
